Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any SevenGreen service, website, or product line, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using SevenGreen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and "you" will refer to both you and the organization.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of all SevenGreen offerings. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to Terms
SevenGreen may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, regulations, or business operations. We will post the latest version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated via email or prominent in-product notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, unless changes are required sooner by law. Your continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes consent to the updated Terms.
Products & Availability
We work with certified growers to deliver fresh, sustainably cultivated plants and companion goods. Product imagery and descriptions are for illustration; variations in size, tone, or foliage pattern are natural.
Availability is subject to seasonality and yield. Quantities may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a comparable substitution or full refund.
Pre-orders
Pre-order timelines are estimates based on nursery production cycles. We will provide status updates if delivery is delayed beyond seven (7) days of the original window.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in your selected currency and inclusive of applicable sales taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect supplier or logistics changes, with updates taking effect upon publication.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. Failed or reversed payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated cadence. You may cancel renewals at least three (3) days before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from our regional fulfillment hubs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout and may adjust based on carrier capacity or weather safeguards for live plants.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If a shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days with photos for resolution.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging intact. Live plants are guaranteed for 14 days when care guidance is followed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approved return receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Gift cards, digital downloads, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion for partial issues.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse SevenGreen services, interfere with security or operations, or engage in activity that could harm our community or brand.
Prohibited behavior includes unauthorized account access, scraping protected content, reverse engineering proprietary software, or uploading harmful code. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, product photography, editorial content, site design, and documentation are owned by or licensed to SevenGreen. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Customer reviews, photos, or testimonials submitted to SevenGreen remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in marketing or educational materials, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SevenGreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, SevenGreen liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order or subscription within the preceding twelve (12) months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SevenGreen™ operates its primary fulfillment center, without regard to conflict of law principles. Local mandatory rights remain unaffected for consumers in other regions.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the governing jurisdiction, unless prohibited by local law.
