Return Window
Most SevenGreen products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery when they remain in unused condition with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories.
Live plants arrive with a 14-day vitality guarantee as long as the included care guidance is followed. If a plant struggles during that window, contact us right away so we can troubleshoot or arrange coverage.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition and protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
- For damaged or DOA deliveries, send clear photos within seven (7) days so our support team can quickly verify the claim.
- Gift cards, final-sale promotions, and digital downloads are non-returnable and excluded from refunds.
How to Start
- Reply to your order confirmation email with photos and a brief note describing the issue.
- Open a ticket at /pages/contact.html if you prefer to upload details through our support portal.
- Email support@sevengreen.com with your order number when additional context is needed.
When a return is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label and packing tips for eligible items so you can send them back with confidence.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return passes inspection at our facility.
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error on our part prompted the return or the item arrived damaged.
Replacements & Exchanges
We are happy to offer replacements or exchanges when inventory is available, and we prioritize DOA plant claims during temperature-sensitive shipping periods.
If an exact item is unavailable, our team will recommend a comparable substitute or issue store credit so you can pick the right fit.
Exceptions
Coverage is void if damage results from neglect, misuse, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
Seasonal collections and limited drops may be exchange-only due to short runs and perishable inventory constraints.
